"Yoga is the cessation of the modifications, or fluctuations, of the mind." Patanjali, Sutra 1.2

Yoga can mean so much, too so many. The beauty of it arises from the depth of practices, their variations and how they can be accessed at any time, anywhere, by anyone.

"I took my first yoga class in Oxford, back in 2008 and genuinely came out smiling. My love affair began! Since then I have learnt so much and enjoy seeing how my practice has developed over the years. Prana Physio, its name and logo, were actually born from these ancient teachings. I love how beneficial Yoga can be for the body and the mind, experiencing it first-hand but, also studying research and how science is beginning to see these benefits. I love to learn and have gained teacher training certifications at the 200hr and 300hr level (500hr RYT) and I still consider myself a beginner. Becoming a Dr of Physical Therapy and practicing yoga has given me a unique perspective on how Western healthcare and Eastern practices can often complement each other and ultimately benefit the clients health."  Dr James

At Prana Physio I aim to focus on YOUR specific goals. I can show you how blending the practices of Yoga, with Physical Therapy, can actually be of benefit in reaching those goals, keeping you active and returning to what you love!
